I am committed to providing the highest quality of service and measurable results. If you feel that my services still need to meet your expectations, I offer a satisfaction guarantee: I will reduce the next quarter’s retainer fee by the equivalent of one month’s fee. To qualify for this adjustment, please express your concerns before the end of the current quarter, allowing us the opportunity to address and resolve any issues. This guarantee is part of my commitment to your success and satisfaction with our partnership.
