Onboarding

First, we will get you access to the Chief of Staff Orientation and courses, and schedule our deep-dive and recurring meetings. The Chief of Staff course will educate you on exactly how our relationship will work. The is a compendium of lessons on leadership, management, finance, and more.

Deep Dive

It starts with a deep dive into your practice. In this deep-dive:
Questionnaire: You will fill out an assessment of your goals, value proposition, finances, people, production systems, and financial systems. Don’t worry; it’s not as daunting as it sounds. Click to see the .
FirmFoundation Assessment: You and your team will each take the FirmFoundation Assessment. By answering questions across seven key categories, we will gain insights into your strengths and weaknesses, allowing us to prioritize improvement efforts and allocate resources more effectively.
Team Predictive Index: You and your team will take The Predictive Index. This will give us a great indicator of individual and team work styles. See for more information.
Individual Sessions: I will meet with your entire staff to get to know them better – their role, what is going well, and what they need help with.
Finances: Using the Visionary Numbers framework I created from Entreprenumbers, The 7 Minute Conversation, and Simple Numbers, Straight Talk, Big Profits!, we will analyze your financial drivers and trends. For more information about my methodology, visit the Initial Analysis page at.

Quick Wins

The Quick Wins phase includes:
Documenting your 3-Year Vision, Value Proposition and Area of Strategic Focus.
Level 1 KPIs: We will implement the gathering, tracking and analysis of the seven .
Implement Ninety: We will get your team set up on and train them on how to use the scorecard, initiative project tracking, meetings feature, and more.
Expense Reduction Analysts: ERA is a risk-free way to improve your bottom line. They will find extra cash in your expenses. See for more information.
Based on the Deep Dive, we will determine the first quarter’s priorities. This will generally involve starting team meetings, determining and tracking Level 2 and 3 KPIs, completing a big project, staff training, etc.

Quarterly Sprints

Each quarter, we will review the prior quarter’s projects, metrics, and finances and then determine the 2-3 priorities we want to accomplish that quarter. Additionally, you and your team will take the FirmFoundation Assessment, to track progress and guide ongoing enhancement efforts.
